SELF-HOSTED FEED READER HOSTING
What Is selfoss?
selfoss is a free, open-source feed reader and aggregator written in PHP and created by Tobias Zeising. It's designed to be lightweight and easy to set up, and it works with MySQL, PostgreSQL, or SQLite.
Beyond standard RSS and Atom feeds, selfoss uses plugins, called spouts, to pull in content from other sources. Its responsive interface works on desktop and mobile, you can star and tag items to come back to later, and it imports subscriptions from other readers through OPML files. selfoss also offers an API that works with compatible mobile apps.

Why Choose HostPapa for selfoss Hosting?
HostPapa gives you everything selfoss needs in one place. Our Web Hosting plans include current PHP versions, MySQL databases, cPanel, and 400+ one-click apps through Softaculous. A FREE SSL certificate protects your login and the API your mobile apps connect to.
selfoss fetches new items on a schedule. On our shared plans, you can update your feeds with a cron job every 10 to 30 minutes, depending on your plan, which keeps a personal reader up to date. If you follow hundreds of sources or share one install with a group, VPS Hosting gives you dedicated resources and full control over how often feeds refresh.
Moving selfoss from another host? We offer FREE website and domain migration, so our team can help move your feeds and settings to HostPapa.
